Coaching
Coaching is all about raising awareness so you can make conscious, intentional decisions that lead to the success you define. Coaching is a structured partnership that is all about you, the person being coached. Coaching is a judgement free growth relationship where you set the agenda and find the answers that are most powerful to you.
Coaching can be done individually or as a group with a shared goal.
Speaking
I love to speak to groups who are interested in learning! You choose the topic and I am ready to build custom presentations focused on your organizaitonal needs.
Masterminding
Masterminding is all about learning from other professionals in a cooperative environment. Rather than just a transfer of information from teacher to student, Mastermind groups cover a set material (via reading and facilitated teaching) and then explore how that material can be directly applied through powerful questions, group exploration and discussion. This is an opportunity to learn from a variety of other professionals.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
I have spent over 25 years in business managing people, projects, and clients across multiple industries. Since 2013 I have been on a quest to move from managing others to instead growing them. I find tremendous inspiration every time one of my clients experiences an “AHA” moment.
In 2012 I came to the realization that traditional business roles just weren’t what I needed to be fulfilled. In particular I saw a tremendous lack of adequate leadership training for junior and mid-level managers. I continuously observe a growing “mid-career crisis” phenomenon where educated, successful professionals are finding they just aren’t fulfilled with where they are in their vocation. Since then I have trained and coached both internally to an employer and externally to private clients.
