I am a coach, speaker and trainer with a passion for helping individuals and teams live a life of intention and purpose. A performer by nature, I am exhilarated by the idea of presenting to crowds of all sizes. I specialize in helping people find their “AHA moments” driving personal success and fostering servant leaders. I am a Faculty Partner with Butler University’s Exectuive Education organization developing new leadership-focused material and providing speaking/training services.

Since 2013 I have been on a quest to move from managing others to growing them. I have spent over 25 years in business managing people, projects, and clients across multiple industries. I have extensive experience in project and program management as well as community outreach and IT services.

Over the years I have seen a tremendous lack of adquate leadership training for junior and mid-level managers. Many organizations are good at teaching basic management skills but often fail to prepare their managers to be leaders of people. I have also repeatedly observed a growing “mid-career crisis” phenomenom where educated, successful professionals are finding they just aren’t fulfilled with where they are in their vocation. Part of my mission is to help every individual I work with to raise their awareness, create concrete goals, and take intentional action to achieve those goals heading ultimately to leading a fulfilled life.  I care about ensuring every client I work with achieves the value they are seeking.

My wife, Nancy, and I have been married longer than we haven’t after meeting at Lubbock Christian University while I was studying music. Together we have 2 teenage sons. My free time is spent with a medieval recreation organization singing and competing in various period-styled combat activities.
